Senior Business Analyst – eMobility & Digital Platforms

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a challenging international project focused on eMobility and digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on Charge Point Management Systems (CPMS) and electric mobility ecosystems.

This opportunity is aimed at experienced professionals in business and functional analysis, capable of working in complex, cross-functional, and product-oriented environments, acting as the bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.

About the role
The selected professional will play a key role in the analysis and definition of requirements for eMobility initiatives, contributing to the evolution of digital platforms and ensuring the functional integrity of solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The role involves facilitating workshops, challenging requirements and proposed solutions, analyzing impacts and dependencies, and ensuring that business needs are translated into clear, consistent, and outcome-driven requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business and functional analysis activities for complex eMobility and CPMS initiatives;
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements aligned with business objectives;
• Facilitate discovery workshops, refinement sessions, and decision-making processes with technical and business stakeholders;
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear functional documentation;
• Analyze processes, data flows, integrations, dependencies, and cross-functional impacts;
• Ensure requirements consistency, traceability, validation, and rollout readiness;
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering teams, Operations, and business stakeholders;
• Identify risks, trade-offs, dependencies, and release impacts across teams and domains;
• Contribute to requirements engineering best practices and Agile ways of working (Scrum/SAFe).

Profile

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Analyst, or similar role;
• Experience working in complex digital environments, SaaS platforms, or large-scale technology ecosystems;
• Solid background in requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder management, and functional documentation;
• Experience analyzing data flows, integrations, interfaces, and cross-team dependencies;
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Mural, or similar;
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical delivery constraints effectively;
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments;
• Professional proficiency in English (mandatory);
• Previous experience in eMobility, CPMS, or EV charging platforms is a plus;
• German language skills will be considered an advantage.
